For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.

Dispatch Timeline

Orders are shipped within 0–7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, and are subject to courier company or postal authority norms. R CLOTHING's responsibility is to hand over the consignment to the selected courier company or postal authority within the stated dispatch timeframe.

Delivery Delays

R CLOTHING is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. While we take reasonable steps to ensure timely dispatch, we only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier/postal service within 0–7 days from the date of order and payment or as per the agreed delivery date.

Delivery Address & Confirmation

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Delivery confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email address specified during registration.

International Shipments & Customs

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance procedures, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed. Customs delays are outside the control of R CLOTHING.
